Omar Moured

Postdoctoral Researcher

Karlsruhe Institute of Technology

I am a postdoctoral researcher at the CV:HCI Lab at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), working with Prof. Rainer Stiefelhagen, and collaborating closely with the ACCESS@KIT Lab. My current research focuses on multimodal large language models, specifically on document understanding and analysis using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agentic AI. Previously, I worked in the field of computer vision, with a focus on multi-object tracking and camera analytics systems.
